Mother's Ministry

"In the same way, older women are to be reverent in behavior, not slanderers, not addicted to much wine. They are to teach what is good, so they may encourage young women" -  Titus 2:3-4

Church mothers serve primarily as a supportive, caretaking role for the pastor, young congregants and church families.  They are to refrain from gossiping and idleness and aspire to have a Christ like character in all circumstances.

The preparation of The Lord's Supper is the most rewarding duty delegated to the mother’s ministry.  As often as the mother’s ministry prepares The Lord's Supper, it is done in remembrance of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
